Almond & Honey Pancakes

Ingredients (4-6 servings)

  • 1 1/2 cup of flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp of melted butter
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup of m&lou spread
  • Fruits, almonds or any other toppings

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar
  2. Add the melted butter, the milk, the egg and m&lou’s spread
  3. Stir to obtain a uniform mixture
  4. Heat a lightly oiled pan
  5. Pour a ladle of the batter in the pan and brown on both sides
  6. Add some fruits, almonds and amlu on top of your pancakes
